Can I access my child’s evaluation results?
No. Evaluation results are confidential and remain within FYHA. We understand that players and parents may wish to see areas for improvement; however, results cannot be shared. If you would like personalized feedback, we recommend reaching out to your child’s previous coaches, who can provide guidance and development suggestions.
Recreational FAQs
How do I register for the 2025–2026 U11C (Recreational) program and when is the deadline?
Registration is now closed.
Why are Evaluations required for Recreation?
Evaluations for recreational teams are important because they help us create balanced teams. The goal is to ensure that players of all skill levels are spread out evenly, so games are fun, fair, and competitive for everyone. Evaluations are not about ranking players or cutting anyone from hockey—they are simply a tool to help us place kids where they’ll enjoy the game, develop their skills, and have the best possible experience on the ice.

Important Information
- All players must have a valid up to to date city of Fredericton recreational card for 2025 in order to participate on an FYHA team. If your child does not have a rec card please visit https://www.fredericton.ca/recreation-culture/recreation-cards for more information on how to obtain one. We will require your childs rec card number on evaluation Jersey pickup nights.
