Kings Visit Tri-County For Their First Tournament This Season

The Kings visited the Tri County Arena Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday this week for the local tournament.  Teams from Oromocto, Tri County, Fredericton, and Kensington PEI battled it out over the 4 days.  Kings went 2-1 in the round-robin and made it into the semis on a slight goal differential.  In the semi finals the Kings gave it all they had but lost a close game 3-1 to PEI.  Defence and goalies ruled the game for both sides.
A good start to our tournament schedule.  Next up is the Christmas Tournament and off to Nackawic for a tournament in early January.
