Ready For Playoffs

Coming off a couple weeks of tough breaks and missed opportunities the Caps were looking to rebound and hit the reset button before the start of the playoffs. 

Back on the ice against the Lions last Sunday night the Caps returned to form scoring five unanswered goals. Still looking to improve on their team play the coaches jungled the lines before the start of their game last night against the Eagles.

With Sam Molloy playing wing, he went to work scoring two key goals in a 4-2 win. Cole MacWilliam found his scoring touch again wth a new centre, and Brenden MacIssac sealed the deal with quick speed and an empty netter. This was a feisty contest and has set the tone for some great battles in the playoffs.

Playoffs get underway tomorrow night at Grant Harvey as the new look Caps will be ready to battle the Lions at 6:30 pm.
