Coaches Wanted!

FYHA is now accepting Coaching Applications for the 2017/18 season!









 
Please complete the Coaching/Volunteer application form and submit it to the office by one of the options below;
 

1. Scan and email the completed form to John O’Toole at edfyha@bellaliant.com
2. Mail the completed form to FYHA, 900 Hanwell Road Suite #13, Fredericton NB  E3B 6A2.
3. Drop the completed form off at the FYHA office (same address as above).
4. Fax the completed application form to FYHA at 451-1325.

 

• Coaching applications for a Competitive team must be submitted by 4:00pm on Thursday, August 31, 2017.

 

• Coaching applications for a Recreational team must be submitted by 4:00pm on Friday, September 29, 2017.
