Blue Jackets fall 5-2 to Heaters

The Blue Jackets come out flying from the drop of the puck in this matchup, out playing the Heaters at both ends of the ice and the hard work pays off as #5 Brady 'Dr. Dangles" Lloy scores  a sweet goal and the Blue Jackets lead 1-0 at the 1st intermission.

The Blue Jackets find themselves in some penalty trouble in the second and it allows the Heaters back into this game, as they score two goals in a row, but the Blue Jackets keep up the hard play and #3 Julien 'Wheels' Perry makes it count scoring a late beauty goal as the Blue Jackets find themselves in a 2-2 tie at the second break.

The Blue Jackets rallied hard in the third period but come up short as the Heaters score 3 goals before the game ended.

Brady Lloy scores again, Grady Mullin-Hachey was huge in net, but it was the speedy play by Julien 'Wheels' Perry that caught the attention of the coaches in this one. It seemed as though there were three #3's out there as Julien was unstoppable, flying in the offensive zone, hard back-checking to break up plays and was simply untouchable earning a well deserved Player-of-the-Game honour!
