Undefeated through 5 games at Victoria-Tobique Tournament

The FYHA Peewee Capitals cut through the competition in the Victoria-Tobique tournament. Josh Johnson took home the tournament MVP trophy and Sam Porter received the Hustle award. Excellent weekend of hockey from all the players.

The Capitals played the best hockey they've played all year. Passing was stellar and the level of teamwork didn't give the other teams a chance.

Cameron locked us down and woke up big time. Ryan sniped a goal top cheese from the point. Nicholas had a two goal game and was deadly around the net. Will "Dingdong" Digdon filled up the game sheets with several points and penalties. Evan "the Russian Fisherman" showed us the meaning of grit when he stood up Grand Lake's top scorer. Ty made sure that the opposing goalies had nightmares of his booming shots for the entirety of the weekend. Slammin Sammy amazed the arena with his circus like goals. Eric led the team in assists after a 4 point game in the finals. Josh led the team in goals and earned the tournament MVP trophy. Addison nearly had his first goal of the season and had several key assists to boot. Andrew didn't let anyone behind him, set up some goals firing the puck from the point. Conner "Shalisa" Scott racked up some PIMS but only because he got so tired the refs thought he needed breaks. Jim made the score sheet nearly every game with outstanding stretch passes leading to goals.

A big thank you to the parents and siblings who made the journey to the tourney. You da real MVP.

Well done everyone!
