On Sunday, the Wildcats headed up to Woodstock to take on the Slammers in an important divisional game.  With both team's eyes on the standands, it was bound to be an exciting matchup.

The first two periods belonged to the goaltenders and defensemen of both teams, with the score tied 0-0 at the end of the 2nd period.  In the third period, with some new line combinations, the Wildcats struck with a vengeance.  #15 Flynn opened the scoring at 14:10, with assists to #10 A. Brewer and #13 Malloy.  Later, at 6:08, #10 A. Brewer pocketed one himself with assistance from #6 Ruff.  Despite the Slammers attempts to claw their way back into the game, #4 Holleran buried the Wildcat's insurance marker with an assist from #9 L. Brewer.  This was an important victory for the Wildcats as the league draws closer to its playoffs.
