Wings travel to Stanley but fall a little short in their first Tournament.

The Red Wings travelled to Stanley this past weekend and played in their first tournament.

On Friday, the Red Wings played against the Kings and fell behind early 3-0 and were unable to recover.  On Saturday, the Red Wings opened up with a game against the Sharks, the Wings jumped out to a 2-0 lead but couldn't hold on to the lead and the Sharks rallied past the Wings.

In their last game, against the hometown Bulldogs, the Red Wings stepped up their game and were to much for the Bulldogs.  The Wings played a very up tempo game and took it to the Bulldog and won the game by a score of 9-0.

Overall the coaching staff was pleased with the Red Wings team, but knows that the team has some areas to work on.
