FYHA is now accepting coach applications!

FYHA is now accepting coaching applications for the 2021/22 season (all divisions)!

 
Please complete the Coaching/Volunteer application form and submit it to the office by one of the options below;
 

1. Scan and email the completed form to edfyha@bellaliant.com.
2. Mail the completed form to FYHA, 900 Hanwell Road Suite #13, Fredericton NB   E3B 6A2.
3. Drop the completed form off at the FYHA office (same address as above).
4. Fax the completed application form to FYHA at 451-1325.

 

• Coaching applications for a competitive team must be submitted by midnight on Tuesday, August 31, 2021.

 

• Coaching applications for a recreational team must be submitted by midnight on Thursday, September 30, 2021.
