Attention Members. The FYHA would like you to take 15 minutes and participate in our 2013-14 coach survey. These surveys will be shared with our coaches returning next season; allowing for feedback and provide areas where they can improve.
Surveys have the option to be anonymous or you can leave your name in the comment box at the end of the survey. Surveys with attacking or derogatory comments will be discared immediatley.
