Volunteer of the Year Nominations

Fredericton Youth Hockey Association is looking for nomination for our annual volunteer of the year awards.  
 
State Farm FYHA Volunteer of the Year Award – This award is decided on by the FYHA Executive Committee and is given to a person who exemplifies true spirit of the game and embraces the philosophy of Fair Play and Respect within the FYHA. The person who receives this award will have shown the qualities of community spirit, leadership and dedication to the association, players, parents and coaches over the course of the season.

Division Volunteer of the Year Awards – Without the help of the great volunteers at FYHA we would not be able to deliver a quality hockey program. This award will be given to a person in each division who has gone above and beyond what is expected and has given back to the association in an astonishing way.  
 
Players, Parents, Coaches, Board Members and Officials are eligible to submit nominations for the above awards. Please send nominations to ed@fyha.ca. Awards will be presented at the AGM on May 15^th @ Killarney Lodge.
