Coaches of Significance - Coaches Helping Coaches

FYHA Coaches of Significance is a new program designed to have coaches helping coaches. The program is open to any coach, volunteer, or parent that enables them to access information, ideas, and stragies in a non-threatening environment.

The program will start this Saturday, November 8th, 2014 at the Grant Harvey in Community Room 2 at 7am Sharp. Each session will be 1 hour in length. The cost of the program is Free of charge and includes free coffee and donuts.

Highlights of this program to include:

1. Guest Speakers

2. Workshops on numerous topics such as Leadership Training, Impact of Trust, Character Development, Role of Parents in Athletics, Motivational Strategies

3. Specialty Clinics - Puck Control, Shooting & Scoring, Small Area Games, Developing Defensemen, Goaltending, Skating

4. Sharing of drills and Idea's

5. Networking between coaches

6. Problem solving
