V-Red Power Skating
The V-Reds are pleased to announce our 2014/15 Power skating program. This program will focus strictly on power skating and is designed to improve stride, agility, edges, balance, power turns, stopping and starting as well as conditioning.
With the aid of video we will breakdown the skater’s stride throughout the season to help improve stride efficiency and maximize power.
Cost: $425 October 20th - March 30th $25 dollar discount for FYHA players who register before Oct. 20th.
